Travel

We offer a full travel and vaccination service, which is run by our Practice Nursing Team. shutterstock72078526-w200h138

You will need to complete a travel advice questionnaire 4-6 weeks before the planned date of travel. This can either be downloaded here or on request from reception.

Our nursing team will then advise you on any vaccinations you may need, and on other relevant travel health issues.

The travel clinics can be booked at reception.

Please book a travel appointment at least 4 weeks prior to your departure date. If you book later than this we will not be able to offer you the vaccinations you need, and you will be advised to attend a private travel clinic.
