We operate a Practice complaints procedure and our Complaints Manager is Johanne Shorrock, Practice Manager. Our aim is to give the highest possible standard of service in a friendly and professional manner. If you have any concerns please let us know. Speak to whomever you feel comfortable with – your GP, Practice Manager or reception staff will all be happy to help. We will try and deal swiftly with any problems that may occur.
